Basel-based architects Daniel Buchner and Andreas Bründler founded their practice in 1997 and soon gained recognition for their clear, refined designs. Today, Buchner Bründler Architects is among Switzerland’s leading younger firms. This second monograph presents some fifteen projects completed between 2010 and 2020, spanning new constructions and major transformations, with an emphasis on varied housing in Switzerland and Germany. An additional survey of fifty other works and unbuilt designs, featuring nearly 1,500 photographs, sketches, plans, and renderings—many unpublished—completes the volume.
